Counting words, evaluating milestones and such is just not my thing. I rarely think abuot Charlotte's progress and just know that I'd see delay if it were there. As a teacher, I realize that this is the time and age for both parent and child to just sit back and relax. Agonizing or even mildly focusing on the abilities of one's child as early as this can stress parent and child. School is around the corner. Wait until then.

Hand, Foot and Mouth
Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes. Medium grade fever, irratable (for Charlotte), medium appetite and some sores. So sad that she got this and there is no way to prevent it. We've been a little more attached to the TV and not going out near other people as to not pass it on. One in a long list of ailments...I'm sure.

MOODS around the house...
are apparent to Charlotte. She knows when we're arguing about something or even sad. I'm not saying that she should not experience these feelings. I'm saying that she knows and is keen to the goings on.

Okay. I"m back and now dedicated to writing at least 4 or 5 times a week.
SLEEP EDUCATION NOW AT HIGHEST LEVEL: Charlotte has been asking for naptime by showing me that her doll is napping. Today, she went up to her crib and said, "NAP". Why should sleep be an enemy or a source of hollering? This is a wonderful testement to all our hard work and emotional investement in Charlotte's sleep habits.
